All electricity lines run underground, so there are no overhanging power lines throughout Mount View Grange. Each block has an electrical pillar on its boundary for easy access, reducing your site costs. An electrical kiosk will be installed in the vicinity of some lots (subject to design/approvals).
NBN
Technology will be at your fingertips as the estate is connected to The National Broadband Network (NBN). At Mount View Grange, Optic Fibre has been installed in the street ready for you to connect to your home.
Water
Each lot is connected to reticulated potable water, making it easy and convenient for your builder to connect to, reducing your site costs.
