SERVICES & UTILITIES

Not every vacant block of land is the same when it comes to provided services and utilities. At Mount View Grange all of our blocks are fully-serviced. This means that all services, including water, sewer, electricity and NBN are all pre-installed close to the perimeter of each block.

We have designed the estate this way to provide all residents with easy access to services and utilities to ensure building your dream home is that little bit easier and reduces your site costs.

Water

Each block is connected to town water, making it easy and convenient for your builder to connect to.

Wastewater

Each block is connected to Hunter Water’s wastewater sewerage system.

Electricity

All electricity lines run underground, so there are no overhanding power lines throughout Mount View Grange. Each block has an electrical pillar on its boundary for easy access. An electrical kiosk will be installed in the vicinity of some lots (subject to design/approvals).

NBN

Technology will be at your fingertips as the estate is connected to The National Broadband Network (NBN). At Mount View Grange Optic Fibre has been installed in the street ready for you to connect to your home.

Natural Gas

Every block at Mount View Grange has access to natural gas.
